Roadmap
Phase 1 — Pilot (Now)
Fund one Social Media / Community Project Manager role for six months, plus direct support for family caregivers. Build the subscriber and sponsor base.
Phase 2 — Expand
Add restaurant meal partnerships, transportation pilots, faith-community contributors, and additional paid caregiver-support roles.
Phase 3 — Replicate
Open the model for other communities to replicate, with shared tooling and transparent operating standards.
