Our commitment

Love Thy Neighbor Enterprises is committed to making ltne.org usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We treat accessibility as part of the mission — not an afterthought.

Standards we follow

We aim to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across all public pages. We use semantic HTML, accessible color contrast, keyboard-navigable controls, and labeled form fields.

Known limitations

• Some third-party embedded components (such as our payment provider's checkout) follow their own accessibility standards; we monitor and report issues to the vendor.
• PDF documents posted to the transparency page may not yet be fully tagged. We will provide accessible alternatives on request.

Reporting an issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our site, please tell us. We will respond within five business days and work to resolve the issue.

We review accessibility during every major design change and welcome feedback from people who use assistive technology.
